Prices and Availability

The Tiny Mountain Estates subdivision is exclusively for tiny homes, small park models, or small stick-built homes (less than 1,000 sq. ft). No RVs or mobile homes will be allowed, except that a lot owner may park an RV on their lot, and temporarily live in it while building a tiny/small home. They may also park an RV on their lot after their tiny home, park model, or small stick-built home has been located/completed on their lot, and provided that they do not live in the RV. Airbnb/VRBO homes are allowed. 

Most of the remaining lots are at the top of the mountain, so naturally, they have fantastic views. The best lots will sell first, so the sooner you pick out your future home site, the better views and options you can secure. The lot sizes vary from 1/4 to 1.55 acres, and pricing ranges from $35,000 to $75,000.

All lots have a southern exposure and views. Lots are wooded and give the owners the mountain experience most people are looking for.  

Each lot has Duke Energy underground power service, water run to the lot, and a septic system installed (or will be installed). The buyer will be responsible for running power, water, and the septic system to their actual tiny home. 

Verizon cell/data service reception is good, and data is fast and readily available.

Below is a survey/lot plan with pricing. Some lots have home sites cut in, and some will need a little excavation to prep them for the tiny home, park model, or small stick–built home.
