We have found 4 Tiny homes models that we feel go well with the outdoorsy feeling you get while in Tiny Mountain estates

We can offer any of these home models, on any of our lots, except lot 9, for $175,000. This prices includes everything necessary to move in,  including all blocking, securing, skirting, steps, power hook up, water hook up, and septic hook up.
It is truely a turn key price.
Lot 9 would be $199,000 for a turn key solution.
Our lot sizes vary from 1/4 to 1.55 acres.
